Jaycee Michelle Parent, a dedicated high school soccer player from Toledo, Ohio, has passed away, leaving behind devoted parents and a younger sibling.

Academically gifted, Jaycee planned to pursue a degree in Wildlife Resource Management at Hocking College starting autumn 2026.

Her passions extended beyond academics—she excelled in music, art, Bible quizzing, and embraced outdoor adventures such as fishing and motocross.

An avid participant in competitive events, Jaycee qualified for the national Nazarene Youth Quizzing team twice consecutively.

She also showcased equestrian skills at the Allen County Fair and represented her school in varsity soccer.

Born April 29, 2008, in Lima, Ohio, Jaycee was the cherished daughter of Cindy Kosier and Jason Parent.

Tragically, she passed away suddenly on January 3, 2026, after battling a brief illness.
