Born July 30, 1977, in California, she achieved unmatched success partnering Kerri Walsh Jennings. She secured three straight Olympic gold medals (2004 Athens, 2008 Beijing, 2012 London) and dominated with 112 career tournament victories, including multiple FIVB World Tour titles and AVP championships—cementing her legacy as the most decorated female beach volleyball athlete ever.

Her collegiate years at Long Beach State were equally remarkable, guiding her team to an undefeated season and NCAA championship in 1998.
