“One of the finest individuals I've encountered was taken from us far too soon,” shared Brandy Miriam Rachel.

“He nurtured countless students and peers, fundamentally shaping their journeys. To many, he embodied the spirit of our institution.

Students recount how McIntosh consistently exceeded expectations, offering both personal and academic support with unwavering generosity.

Alexis Jordan shared a poignant moment from her graduation day:

He remained a constant presence—even when my name wasn't called, he alerted my family, ensured my row was acknowledged, witnessed my achievement, and captured memories. My gratitude extends to his entire family.

“His guidance continued beyond graduation; we often discussed life's challenges and aspirations, fostering meaningful connections,” noted Bahoura.

Oakland University Student Congress (OUSC) expressed profound sorrow, celebrating McIntosh's leadership and unwavering commitment to student welfare.

“McIntosh's influence transcends generations; his memory will illuminate our path forward,” stated OUSC.

Beyond campus, McIntosh's impact resonated through his roles in education and Omega Psi Phi fraternity, as reflected by Gee Que Glenn and David Coulter.
