With over 15 years of service since 1996, Michelle progressed from Recreation Specialist to Public Information Officer in 2012.

After six years as PIO, she became Parks and Recreation Director in November 2018.

She oversaw construction of Woodbury's 62 parks.

Academically, Ty holds a BA from Concordia University and MA from Hamline University (2008).

Michelle remains his strongest supporter, appearing in interviews frequently as his biggest fan.
