Jay’s academic journey began at Wheaton College, earning a BA in Philosophy in 1987. He balanced intellectual pursuits with football participation, illustrating his commitment to teamwork and discipline.

He later obtained a Master’s in Higher Education Administration from Geneva College in 2000. His career included roles such as Director of Operations at Youth Guidance and leadership positions at multiple educational institutions.

Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Development at Junior Achievement of the Michigan Great Lakes, Jay has empowered youth through financial literacy and career preparation for nearly two decades.

Previously, he worked as a Campus Minister with the Coalition for Christian Outreach, reinforcing his lifelong dedication to faith-based mentorship.

Annette Ediger

A 1990 graduate of Calvin University, she combined academic excellence with athletic prowess in both basketball and track. These formative experiences shaped her disciplined approach to challenges.

Following graduation, Annette managed operations at Post Family Farm for fifteen years, merging organizational talent with interpersonal warmth. In 2012, she embraced full-time ministry as Minister of Faith Formation at Church of the Servant (COS), impacting countless lives through spiritual mentorship.

Her ability to integrate ministry, parenting, and community service remains extraordinary—especially while homeschooling four daughters amid demanding responsibilities.
