A young athlete, Jagger Cox, tragically lost his life on November 23, 2026, due to a devastating vehicle collision; however, comprehensive information about the incident remains elusive.
Surviving loved ones include his mother, Candace N. Jones, along with extended family members.
In expressing her sorrow and seeking divine comfort, Candace shared a heartfelt message on social media:

Synthia Renea McDonaldwas a senior at Ragland High School in Alabama, where she excelled in multiple sports throughout each season.
On the gridiron, he wore #19 as a versatile player contributing across positions.
Last year, as a junior, he recorded 5 receptions for 118 yards plus 2 touchdowns including a 69-yard score. His defensive stats included 39 tackles and an interception.
Coaches recognized his impact with a Player of the Game award during standout performances.
His latest victory came in Ragland’s 63-57 triumph over Jacksonville Christian, where he added 4 points and relentless defense.
Balancing athletics with academics, Jagger maintained commitment across all three sports since his second year.
