Nicholas J. Panaro III shared his concerns on the Buena Community Page Facebook group, expressing dismay over alleged retaliation following advocacy for his daughter's health needs.
Per his account, his child has primarily received homeschooling due to health complications throughout much of the academic year.
He emphasizes that recent disciplinary actions contradict earlier agreements, particularly given consistent academic effort and honor society aspirations.
Furthermore, he criticizes the sudden shift in enforcement, stating, "Here's our commendable district and their reaction to defending my child—complete lack of courage. This administrator is unfit and should be removed. This occurs when opposing systemic flaws. Those present know I avoided confrontational language and never used inappropriate terms. Additionally, now they deduct credits for absences, abruptly despite prolonged home learning. She has been absent from campus most days. Others must advocate—this pattern affects everyone."
