Nigerian-American athlete Mary Adah Q. Beasley now seems to live a life out of the media spotlight, participating in small marathon events.
Mary Akor's doping case began in December 2012, when she tested positive for clenbuterol after winning the Gobernador Marathon in Mexicali, Mexico.
Later, she accepted a two-year ban issued by the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) in 2013.
