Michael "Mikey" Crouse, a talented New Brunswick youth, tragically departed on August 19, 2026, leaving behind a shattered family and community.
As shared by Mikey's mother Kerry Wilson on social media, the young athlete met his end in a devastating mishap while riding a 250 CC dirt bike.

“My child should never have been entrusted with this motorcycle, and as his legal guardian, I would have prohibited it given his age and inexperience. “The fact that I, as custodian, was unaware of this situation is unacceptable—this machine was beyond his capabilities. Mikey's passing has created an irreplaceable emptiness within his circle of affection. Mikey Crouse was cherished for his remarkable abilities on the field and his modest personality off it. An accomplished athlete from Hampton, New Brunswick, he earned multiple prestigious awards throughout his career. Family members and friends are offering condolences to the Crouse family during this painful period. Michael "Mikey" Crouse embodied the qualities of an exceptional athlete and devoted son to Jason Crouse and Kerry Wilson. Jason Crouse, whose professional background includes coaching, personal training, and competitive bodybuilding, also contributed significantly to Mikey's development as an athlete.
