I have been through a lot in my life but nothing will ever compare to having to say goodbye to my son. As everyone knows I took in my brothers back in 2026 and I have loved them as my own. Chandler was not only my son, he was my best friend, when he first got placed with me and ever since than were have been like two peas in a pod. Everyday I was grateful I got to have them in my life again. When we had liam, he became chandler’s best friend. I know liam will miss his best friend/ cuddle buddy dearly. He was always willing to help me with his brother and sisters because that the kind of person chandler was. We made it official and adopted the boys on October 23rd. He became my son (legally) forever. Nothing hurts more than knowing you weren’t able to help your son with his inner thoughts that convinced him that he was good enough for this life. I had so much to still teach you, and so much love to still show you. I would give up everything in this life to have you here with me. Just know you were good enough and loved by everyone that ever met you. The world was brighter with you in it. I hope you have found the peace you were seeking. You’ll always be in my heart my sweet Chandler Martin Leonard 🩵🩵 Forever 15 you will be.
