On Interstate 40 within Tennessee, a devastating multi-vehicle accident altered countless lives.
Ethan Collins, 25, collided with the back of a vehicle driven by 73-year-old Darrell Eggers.
The force propelled Eggers’ car into the median, where it became airborne before colliding with Kym’s vehicle traveling east.
Both Kym and Pita lost their lives, while Eggers sustained injuries. Additional vehicles suffered damage, leading to prolonged road closures.
